Captain Baileys Dog Park

Captain Baileys Dog Park, located in Baileys Harbor, has large and small dog areas on 40 acres. There is “pawsatively” plenty of room to run and explore.  It is the only dog park on the Lake Michigan side of the Door County Coastal Byway.

Sand Bay Park

Sand Bay Park is a family-friendly park with a large grassy area and sand beach. A kayak launch is nearby. The viewing platform, located at the end of the wooden boardwalk, provides wonderful water views, soul-satisfying sunsets and nightime star gazing. Pets welcome on park portion. Wisconsin Bay Park

Wisconsin Bay Park, is a hidden gem, offering expansive views of Death’s Door as well as a small picnic area. With luck you may witness a 1000 ft. lake freighter and other water craft as they pass through Death’s Door Passage. Wills Park

Wills Park is adjacent to Ellison Bay Marina. It’s a great spot for watching sailing vessels entering or exiting the Marina and for gazing at a soul-satisfying sunset.

Sister Bay Dog Park

Sister Bay Dog Park, located near the city’s Sports Complex center, is the Byway’s most northern fenced-dog park. There is a fenced 200’ x 300’ grassy area where your canine companion can safely socialize and frolic. “Mutt mitts” and picnic tables are available.

Harborside Park

Visit Harborside Park, located in the heart of Ephraim, for impressive views of Eagle Harbor and Green Bay. On Mondays during the summer, gather with friends and family around the gazebo to enjoy the free Evenings in Ephraim concert series. End the evening with a memorable Door County sunset.
